toOctal

This function is used by Ignition's Expression language.

Description

Returns an octal formatted string representing the unsigned integer argument. If the argument is negative, the octal string represents the value plus 2³².

Syntax

toOctal(number)

• Parameters

  • int number - The value to convert to octal.

• Results

  • string - A string that is the octal of the specified value.
