> Returns a list of the paths of all windows in the current project, sorted alphabetically.

This function is used in **Python Scripting**.

This scripting function has no [Client Permission](../../../ignition-modules/vision/vision-project-properties/vision-project-properties.md#vision-permissions-properties) restrictions.

## Syntax
`system.gui.getWindowNames()`

### Parameters
None

### Returns
**Tuple** - A tuple of strings, representing the path of each window defined in the current project.

Vision Client
