> Creates a date object given a millisecond value.

**This function is used by Ignition's Expression language.**
## Description
## Syntax
`fromMillis(millis)`

- Parameters
    - int **millis** - The number of milliseconds from epoch time.

- Results
    - Date - The date representing the given number of milliseconds since epoch time.
